SMA America, a prominent division of the esteemed German company SMA Solar Technology AG, is making waves in the energy sector with its latest introduction to the U.S. market – the Home Energy Solution. This comprehensive system encompasses a hybrid inverter, energy meter, the optional Backup Secure functionality, an intuitive monitoring app, and more.

Central to this innovative energy storage solution is the Sunny Boy Smart Energy hybrid inverter. This versatile device serves as the core of the system, capable of integrating SMA’s Backup Secure feature to expertly manage a household’s energy distribution, channeling power to selected appliances precisely when required. Leveraging the power of technology, this inverter optimally controls energy flow, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

The battery inverter utilizes advanced multi-string technology, a distinctive feature that enables the connection of up to three high-voltage batteries, collectively producing a robust 2000 W of power. For comprehensive whole-home backup capabilities, the Automatic Backup Unit becomes a vital addition.
