Avista works with commercial customers to locate areas in facilities that can be more energy efficient. After an audit is completed, the customer will apply for the suggested incentives provided by the auditor. Avista will pay up to 50% of total project cost for electric efficiency measures and up to 30% of total project cost for gas efficiency measures.
