In tandem with the city’s alliance partners, the Energy Solution Partnership will perform a study to determine the economic feasibility of operating peak-shaving generators at a customer’s facility. Savings can be substantial: one supermarket calculates that it is saving between 20% and 50%. A manufacturing facility also reports saving nearly 25%.
