The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority, offers an incentive to builders and developers of single-family and multi-family homes to build energy efficient homes which meet the Energy Right Program and ENERGY STAR program guidelines. EPB will provide incentives of up to $4,000 to customers to build or renovate eligible homes. Contact EPB of Chattanooga or visit the program web site listed above for more information.
