The Express Energy Efficiency Program provides free installation of energy-saving products. This program travels around Wisconsin, community-by-community, to see if they are installing in your community call  1.855.533.8103 to make an appointment. If they are currently not in your community, sign-up to be notified of installation dates and times once appointments become available. Program incentives below may vary by utility.

Receive the following products free ($100 value):

1. Up to 10 ENERGY STAR® qualified Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs).
2. Up to 2 ENERGY STAR® qualified Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Light Bulbs.
3. High-Efficiency Showerheads –  Install as many as needed.
4. Water-Saving Kitchen and Bathroom Faucet Aerators – Install as many as needed.
6. Water Heater Thermostat Setback Assistance.
