Huntsville Utilities, along with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), provides technical assistance for commercial and industrial customers at no charge through the Comprehensive Services Program (CSP). The CSP covers all areas of energy use, including power quality, special metering of electrical systems, commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), wiring recommendations, energy management surveys, infrared scanning, power quality analysis, special metering and testing, and energy assistance.
