Ipswich’s New Construction/Major Renovation Program is targeted to all "time dependent" electric energy efficiency opportunities in commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional (including multifamily) buildings. “Time Dependent” opportunities include new construction, major renovations within a facility, and end-of-life replacements of equipment in existing facilities. The program provides free technical assistance and rebates for the purchase and installation of select premium efficiency electrical equipment in new construction and renovation projects.
