The Large Business program is designed for business customers with an average monthly demand of 200 kW or larger to help with the purchase of energy efficient equipment as part of a new construction or renovation project, a process expansion, replacement of equipment that has reached its end of useful life or to replace less efficient existing equipment. The program offers prescriptive incentives, custom incentives and technical assistance. Technical assistance by an outside engineering firm may be offered to any commercial, industrial or municipal customer when it is necessary to quantify the energy savings potential of a proposed project. Liberty Utilities will typically fund 50% of the cost.
