Longmont Power & Communications offers incentives to residential and commercial customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, Longmont Power & Communications offers incentives for ENERGY STAR dual flush and low flow toilets. To qualify for the rebate, you will need: a receipt for the new toilet(s), a completed and signed Affidavit of Lawful Presence in the US and a copy of an acceptable form of identification, and a copy of your City of Longmont utility bill.
