Morristown Power System (MPS) places special emphasis on major industrial accounts and a Key Accounts Program is in place to review their accounts.  Major industrial customers may contact Mark Spence for special assistance with contract questions, load expansions, energy audit assistance, and power quality questions.

New customers and existing customers who expand with loads above 250 kW may be eligible for TVA’s Valley Investment Initiative.  This credit can offset the cost of electricity significantly during the first five years of a plant expansion.

Using TVA’s Comprehensive Services Program, MPS can provide engineering and technical assistance for commercial and industrial customers at either no charge or at discounted rates. Areas covered include: Lighting, HVAC, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, Energy Audits, Process Recommendations, Metering, Demand Side Management, Food Services, Power Quality, Commercial Cooking, Power Factor, Grounding/Lighting Protection, Infrared Scans, and Wiring & Distribution Equipment.
