Trained professionals will perform a walk-through of a customer’s commercial facility. Those professionals will then examine the facility’s systems (i.e., lighting and heat) and will make recommendations to make the facility more energy-efficient. There are four options: (1) The walk-Through recommendations with little narrative in a two- to three-page letter format. It does not include cost/savings/payback, and there are usually no pictures. (2)Specific System-Focused contains extensive detail on one or more systems in a letter or brief report format. It may or may not have pictures, and it usually includes cost/savings/payback. (3) The Full Facilities Audit includes cost/savings/payback, billing history summaries, graphs, and charts, and pictures. (4) The Grant/Financing Application Audit includes specific to application requirements and may or may not be on a "per fee" basis.
