Oncor Energy Electric Delivery offers the ENERGY STAR Homes Program to builders in order to improve the energy efficiency of new homes through the use of advanced building techniques and materials. Incentives are offered to builders for each ENERGY STAR home constructed and delivered to the program. Homes must meet the Energy Star home standard and be verified by an independent third party home energy rater. More information can be found on the web site listed above.
