As part of the program, Pacific Power offers energy analysis services to help identify energy efficiency opportunities and quantify savings and costs. Pacific Power provides a no-cost, vendor-neutral, and investment-grade analysis to support customers’ decision making and funding approval process. Services also include a post-installation calculation of annual savings for the project as installed and operating.
