Silicon Valley Power provides businesses with energy audits and rebates for lighting and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) retrofits to help facilities operate more efficiently. The program includes promotional incentives (up to 130% of normal rebate levels) for brokers, property managers, owners, and prospective tenants to upgrade facility lighting and HVAC.
