Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative (SSVEC) is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative. SSVEC offers the Member Loan Program to residential customers to improve the energy efficiency of eligible homes. The program assists individuals who have been members for at least one year with no more than two delinquencies in the past year. Qualified members may apply for the loan online with a $20 processing fee and $30 recording fee, payable at the time loan papers are signed.
