Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Energy Association offers energy resource conservation financing for their residential and business customers. Loans can be for up to seven years on a fixed rate. Loans can cover the cost of labor and materials for the following energy efficient measures:

  • HVAC system replacements or modifications which reduce energy consumption
  • New heat pump systems
  • Ceiling, wall, floor, duct, pipe and water heater insulation
  • Storm or thermal windows
  • Storm or thermal doors
  • Off-peak equipment
  • Clock thermostats
  • Attic ventilation fans
