Description

The Energy Load Monitoring (ELM) Program provides the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s (LADWP’s) medium to large commercial and industrial customers with tools to view, modify, and analyze energy load data. With these tools, customers gain a better understanding of energy practices to make energy-informed decisions and identify cost-saving measures. ELM allows customers to view their data via the Internet. Data is collected by LADWP on a daily basis and is current up to midnight of the current day. Permission is granted via secure user logins that allow access anywhere an Internet connection is available .
