Due to the Covid-19 pandemics, there is also a Covid-19 Mortgage Relief Program. This program provides a one-time, no-interest loan of up to $5,000.00 to eligible residents to make repairs and improvements to the owner-occupied property, such as rewiring and electrical system repair.
