Avista Utilities Power Management for Personal Computer (PC) Networks offers incentives to commercial customers who initiate a power management program for their network PCs. To be eligible for the $10.00 per controlled PC incentive, the program must meet certain criteria. See Program Description for a list of eligible measures.
