Carbon Power and Light, in collaboration with Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, offers financial incentives for members to increase the energy efficiency of homes and facilities. Rebates are available for a variety of energy efficiency measures, including thermal storage, water heaters, refrigerators/freezers, clothes washers, dishwashers, lighting, heat pumps, air conditioners, and low income weatherization.
