Colorado Springs Utilities, in partnership with Ent Federal Credit Union, provides financing on energy efficiency projects for its residential customers through Ent’s Energy Smart Discount Program. The loans may be used for the installation of a variety of energy efficient equipment and pre-approved home improvement projects. A list of equipment and project requirements is available here.
