Colton Public Utilities offers an incentive for their commercial and industrial customers to improve the efficiency of their facility’s lighting and help reduce peak load. Rebates are on a first come, first served basis until project funds are exhausted. Maximum rebate amounts are $200 per kilowatt lighting load reduction. Maximum rebate for any customer is not to exceed $5,000 in any City fiscal year. Assistance in acquiring a 5% State energy efficiency loan is also available.
