FirstEnergy Solutions offers customers the insights and tools needed to monitor their energy usage and make decisions to manage their peak load. Through an intuitive dashboard, the Power Management Platform (PMP) energy information and peak load management tool provides customers with the actionable data needed to make more informed operational decisions. The PMP tool provides customers with the following: energy-use data at 15-minute intervals; weather data layered with energy data; ability to graph and download data; and up to two years of historical data (if available). In addition to the PMP tool, FirstEnergy Solutions also offers energy efficiency solutions, including benchmarking services by reviewing a customer’s past 12 months to 24 months of energy usage and on-location facility audits to identify areas to improve energy use.
