Four-County EMC offers the Comfort Loan Program to residential customers. This program offers financing for insulation upgrades and the replacement of an existing heating/cooling system with an electric energy-efficient heat pump or air conditioning unit. The utility also offers a rebate of $100 per ton for any heat pump units with 16 or greater SEER, which is new construction or retrofits. Energy improvements can be installed by the home owner.
