Description

Ipswich’s Commercial & Industrial Retrofit Pilot program is available to all medium to large commercial and industrial customers with a single-month energy consumption greater than or equal to 4,000 kilowatt hours or a single month demand greater than 100 kilowatts. Eligible projects include all non-residential customers (commercial, industrial, governmental and institutional, including multifamily) and are eligible to receive incentives for making energy efficiency improvements. Ipswich will also pay 100% of the cost for an energy assessment.
