Through the Comprehensive Services Program, Johnson City Power Board partners with the Tennessee Valley Authority to help customers resolve any energy-related issues or concerns, and to develop a strategy that will meet the needs of each customer’s business. Services available through the Comprehensive Services Program are, but not limited to, the following: Conservation Advice; Electric Consumption; Electric Distribution Systems and Wiring; Energy Audits; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Recommendations; Infrared Scanning of Electrical; Systems; Lighting; New Construction; Power Quality; Technical Assistance; and Ultra Sonic Testing.
