Lewis County Public Utility District offers incentives and rebates for commercial and industrial customers including for lighting, heat pumps, weatherization, and commercial kitchens. In addition, Lewis County Public Utility District works with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) to offer its Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) program, which works with industrial facility customers through their local public utility to deliver cost-effective energy efficiency in all industrial sectors.
