Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association (Linn County RECA) is a member-owned cooperative. To encourage energy efficiency, Linn County offers a number of rebates to commercial customers. Owners of both New Construction and Existing Buildings are eligible for rebates on a variety of energy efficiency measures, including geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, central air conditioning, air and water cooled chillers, recovery ventilators, motors, variable speed drives, lighting equipment, commercial refrigerators and freezers, and various Energy Star appliances.
