The Marblehead Municipal Light Department encourages conservation within the residential sector through the Home Energy Loss Prevention Service (HELPS). Equipment eligibility and additional program requirements can be found in the rebate guide located on the program web site. Rebates and discounts are also available for certain vehicles.
