Description

The New Construction Program works to deliver high performance buildings that provide improved energy efficiency, peak load reduction, and improved systems performance through financial and technical assistance. Energy savings will be accomplished by simulating incremental improvements of efficiency in lighting; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; and other building systems.
