Growing energy efficiency in the Midwest requires both a skilled workforce, ready to make the changes necessary to bring higher levels of energy efficiency to our residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, and an educated public, who understands the need for energy efficiency and has the knowledge necessary to seek out savings opportunities. Our Training & Education programs reach out at many levels to provide the energy efficiency information needed to fill these gaps and provide the knowledge to make smart energy choices.
