Homeowners in Oklahoma City are eligible for energy efficiency loans up to $15,000. The funds can only be used within the city limits of Oklahoma City, and residents must have an annual income of $100,000 or less and must repay the loan within 36 months.

The loan program is administered through the city’s Community Action Agency. Apply by calling the Agency at (405) 232-0199.
