Pacific Power’s FinAnswer Express Program provides its customers with incentives and technical expertise for lighting, motors and HVAC equipment upgrades that increase electric energy efficiency and exceed code requirements. Both retrofits of existing equipment and new construction projects are eligible. Incentives vary, based on technology, ranging from approximately $4 – $630.
