PES may provide engineering and technical assistance through the Comprehensive Services Program (CSP) to large commercial and industrial customers. The purpose of the program is to assist large customers that have unique or complicated electrical issues.  This may involve providing consulting or analysis services within their facility or equipment. Since these services are provided at a cost to PES, an individual customer’s use of the program is limited to $5,000 within a single fiscal year. If a customer request services in excess of this amount, the CEO must authorize the additional services
