Southern California Edison’s Retrocommicioning (RCx) Program provides support to help improve overall building performance and helping to save building owners money.  Services include full project life cycle support  across seven distinct phases including Project Start; Screening; Scoping; Agreement Development; Investigation; Implementation and Follow-Up.
