Through the Comprehensive Services Program (CSP), TVA and TVEC provide engineering and technical assistance for commercial and industrial customers at no charge. CSP covers all areas of energy use, including lighting, HVAC, metering, wiring and electrical distribution equipment, energy audits, food services, power quality, process recommendations, power factor, grounding / lighting, water heating, special end-use projects, and ultrasonic testing for leaks.
