Unitil offers free or reduced-cost energy assessments for all non-residential gas customers: commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, multifamily, or municipal facilities within the Unitil service territory. Incentives  and rebates are also available for both large and small customers, as well as new construction and retrofit projects. Project incentives are generally capped at $50,000 per master-metered account, and all program guidelines must be met in order to qualify.
