We Energies Request for Proposal (RFP) Program offers approximately $5,000,000 over the course of 5 bid cycles in grants to Large Secondary (Rate 70) or General Primary customers to fund energy efficiency projects that saves at least 100 kW of on-peak demand. Applications are available on-line here.
