Multifamily buildings in Ameren Missouri’s service area with three dwelling units or more are eligible for the Multifamily income-qualified (MFIQ) program with approval from the building ownership or decision-making body. Customers must complete the application, equipment specification sheets, and final project invoices. Property managers receive free upgrades and reduced energy costs.
