Central Alabama Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Electric Cooperative, offers the Touchstone Energy Home Program. Touchstone Energy Homes, either standard or manufactured, with an air-to-air, dual fuel or mini-split heat pump qualify for rebates. Additionally, water heaters are eligible for rebates if certain efficiency requirements are met. Rebates range from $235 to $400, depending on tonnage and system type.
