She is tasked with managing aspects such as title, closing, occupied property management (including evictions, rentals, auctions, etc.), HOA and tax management, short sale closings, servicer billings, and oversight of Fannie Mae’s team and vendors.

Patrick Pannkuk, with an impressive 14-year industry experience and now serving as the SVP of Business Development for Brookstone Management, adds tremendous value to the discussion. His previous roles at Wells Fargo, particularly in mortgage default servicing with a focus on relationship management, give him a unique perspective. During his tenure with Wells Fargo, Pannkuk’s responsibilities extended from Asset Recovery Manager and REO Supervisor to, most recently, SVP-Third-Party Engagement & Oversight Leader.

Timika Scott, the current SVP of Recovery & Loss Prevention for U.S. Bank, brings her expertise in property preservation, post-foreclosure management, invoice management, and expense recovery via the insurer and investor claim process. Besides her core role, Scott also champions Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives for U.S. Bank. Prior to her current position, Scott served as VP in various mortgage servicers, overseeing groups like loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, property preservation, claims, and loss analysis for mortgage and HELOC portfolios.
