Golden Valley Electric Association’s (GVEA) Builder $ense program targets home builders who install electrical energy efficiency measures during construction of residential buildings. Newly constructed residential buildings or those that have undergone major remodeling or additions are eligible for the rebate. New buildings must be receiving or have applied to receive service from GVEA at the site to qualify for the rebate program. Lighting, vehicle engine preheating plug-ins and eligible electric water heating equipment can also receive rebates. For more information, visit the program web site.
