The Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is extending an invitation to all prospective homeowners for a unique opportunity to own an affordable home in Brewster. A virtual information session is scheduled for January 10, 2024, at 6 pm, where interested parties can learn more about this exciting homeownership prospect.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must have an income that does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income, which equates to $73,650 for a two-person household. Additionally, there is a household asset limit of $75,000.
Interested individuals should note that the deadline to apply for this program is Friday, February 2, at 5 pm. The lottery will be conducted within one month following the application deadline.
