To be eligible for this program, applicants must have an income that does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income, which equates to $73,650 for a two-person household. Additionally, there is a household asset limit of $75,000.

Interested individuals should note that the deadline to apply for this program is Friday, February 2, at 5 pm. The lottery will be conducted within one month following the application deadline.
