The program is far-reaching, with applications currently being accepted across a variety of regions in the state. Local Connecticut Community Action Agencies are processing applications in Windham, Tolland, Greater Bridgeport, Greater Norwalk, Greater New Haven, Greater Danbury, Greater Stamford, Hartford, and Middlesex Counties. The program is also accessible in Greater New Britain and Bristol, Greater Waterbury, Greater Meriden, the Lower Naugatuck Valley, and the agency office in Southeastern Connecticut.
