Up to $50,000 for Home Repairs in Binghamton

If you own a home in the City of Binghamton, New York, you may be able to get up to $50,000 to fix it up — at no cost to you.

New York State is funding two programs through a nonprofit called Home HeadQuarters:

  1. Binghamton Targeted Home Improvement Grant Program (T-HIP) — helps homeowners fix roofs, utility systems, code violations, and other critical repairs

Both programs are funded by New York State Homes and Community Renewal.
