
Lenawee County Homeowners Can Get Up to $25,000 for Critical Home Repairs
Lenawee County, Michigan has started a new home repair program for local homeowners who need help keeping their homes safe.
The Lenawee County Home Improvement Partnership Program may provide up to $25,000 per home. The money can be used for important repairs such as roofing, heating and cooling systems, windows, doors, siding, and accessibility upgrades.
Who may qualify?
The program is for eligible Lenawee County residents, especially low- to moderate-income homeowners. Residents of the Village of Clinton and City of Morenci should check their local programs first. Residents outside those areas may be able to apply through the county program.

- Accessibility improvements
- Siding
- Windows
- Exterior doors
How to apply
Homeowners can complete the county pre-application online through Lenawee County. If you cannot use the online form, call the Community Action Agency at 517-539-8306.
County officials say projects may take about three to six months after an application is submitted. Larger repairs may take longer.
