
Manatee County Homeowners Can Apply for Up to $250,000 in Storm Repair Help
Manatee County, Florida has extended the deadline for its Lasting Manatee Home Recovery Program.
The program is for homeowners who still have damage from Hurricanes Debby, Helene, or Milton. The county says homeowners may be able to get up to $250,000 for repairs. Some applicants may be able to get up to $450,000 for home replacement or elevation.
Who may qualify
You may qualify if you own a home in Manatee County and your home still has damage from Hurricanes Debby, Helene, or Milton.
The program is for applicants who earn up to 120% of the area median income. Final eligibility depends on the full application review.
How much help is available?
- Up to $250,000 for home repairs
- Up to $450,000 for home replacement or elevation
Deadlines
- Pre-application deadline: August 31, 2026
- Full application deadline: September 30, 2026

Homeowners can apply online at LastingManatee.org.
Residents can also call 941-742-4787 or visit the Lasting Manatee Intake Center at 1012 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton. The intake center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In-person application events
Manatee County also announced pop-up events where staff can help residents apply and understand document requirements.
- June 30, 2026: Rubonia Community Center, 1309 72nd Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- July 9, 2026: Myakka Community Center, 10060 Wauchula Road, Myakka City, FL 34251, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
If you cannot attend an event, you can still apply online, by phone, or in person at the intake center.
