Michigan Lake County Homeowners Can Get Up to $40,000 for Home Repairs

What Can the Grant Pay For?

This money helps with big repairs that keep your home safe and livable:

• Furnace replacement
• Structural repairs (foundation, walls)
• Electrical system upgrades
• Plumbing fixes

Who Can Apply?

You might qualify if:

• Your income is up to 80% of the area median
• You've owned your home for at least one year
• Your home is your primary residence (where you live)
• You're current on your insurance, mortgage, and property taxes
