- Anything that keeps your house stable

Why This Helps The Community
Board members say fixing homes helps everyone. Most grant recipients are elderly people on fixed incomes. They cannot afford expensive repairs on their own.
When homes improve, property values go up. Better homes make the entire neighborhood stronger.
Beyond Just Repairs
The program does more than fix houses. It frees up money for other things. Homeowners can focus on:
- Education
- Community building
- Other creative projects
When Will Work Start?
Contractors could begin working as early as February or March 2026. The application process is open now.
Bonus: Free Land for Affordable Housing
