Panama City Homeowners in Two CRA Districts Can Apply for Free Exterior Repairs

Eligible homeowners in two Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency districts can apply for free exterior home repairs and improvements through the World Changers Neighborhood Improvement Program.

The official City of Panama City program page says the long-running partnership between the Panama City CRA and World Changers provides exterior repairs for qualifying homeowners in the Downtown North and Millville CRA districts.

What help is available?

The city says the program provides free exterior home repairs and improvements. The CRA covers approved material costs, and World Changers volunteer teams provide labor at no cost to selected homeowners.

Who can qualify?

According to the official city page, applicants must be homeowners within the Downtown North or Millville CRA boundaries. Applications are reviewed by CRA staff for location eligibility, and approved homes are then evaluated for eligible exterior repair work.

How to apply

Homeowners must apply through the City of Panama City to be considered for the program. The official page says selected repairs are scheduled during the upcoming July 6–10 construction week.
